The hotel was conveniently located near a covered tram station, making it easy to explore the city. The proximity to OC Central shopping centre was also a plus, providing plenty of dining and shopping options. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a good spread of food, with friendly staff. a convenient and comfortable stay.
The temperature control in the room was a bit problematic, as it kept resetting to 27 degrees Celsius whenever you left the room.

The hotel's location next to a large shopping centre is fantastic. The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent, and the hotel facilities are great. The availability of secure parking in the nearby shopping mall is a great convenience. the easy access to transportation, such as the tram station across the street, makes exploring the city easy.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right on top of a large shopping center and close to a tram station that took us directly into the city center. We loved the convenience of having shops and commercial services right at our doorstep. The staff were friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with comfortable beds, soundproofed rooms, and a wide range of facilities such as a mini-bar and a terrace.
